“Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the LORD: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him. For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday. Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you.”Psalms 91:1-7 NLT
Father, I come before you this day, clinging onto your word and promises; thankful that I put my hope and trust in you. I come before you not only in prayer for those in Paris but for the entire world. There is so much evil happening every day, most of it goes unseen and is not covered by the media. Help us to remember those who are hurting and suffering, may they call out to you, may you provide them with shelter and safety.
May the world realize that a world without You is an ugly place. I pray for those who have turned away from you, may they realize more than ever how much they need you. Help me to remember how much I need you. Use me to be a blessing to those hurting, help me to shine your glorious light into this dark, dark world. I know this is not my home and I’m only passing through but while I’m here use me Father, reveal to me your will and how I can glorify your name so that the world can find rest in you.
Thank you for being my refuge, in Jesus’ name I pray.
Your words inspire me to let His light shine through me no matter what. Thank you for sharing your amazing prayers with us 💕 There is no doubt your words are inspired by God, what s blessing.
