Meditation Monday: Crucified With Christ

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭2:20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Father, I lie at your feet in complete awe of your love for me. You gave your Son for ME – a sinner who is unworthy of this amazing gift.

Thank you for this amazing and precious gift; thank you for sending your Son to remove my sins and for making me whole again.  Please help me to walk in faith and not in the flesh.  This world is full of temptation and traps and it’s so easy to lose sight of you. May I never forget the significance and magnitude of your ultimate sacrifice; especially in a world that has watered it down and forgotten you.

Help me to share this truth with the world so that those who do not see or hear you would have their eyes and ears opened and would be in amazement just as I am.  Give me boldness and courage to stand firm in faith and not get discouraged.

I pray this in Jesus’ name – Amen.
