“Search Me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life.”

 Father, I come in full, uninhibited surrender to you. Please search me Lord, search the deep dark crevasses of my heart and reveal to me those things which are not pleasing to you. 

Show me things that I can’t and/or refuse to see; the things that are keeping me from a closer walk with you. I know this prayer is dangerous but I’m willing to hand my life over to you so that you can transform it. 

Create a clean heart within me Lord so that I can be used for your glory. My heart is in your hands — shape it and mold it as you desire.  

Forgive me in advance if I struggle and rebel, give me the patience to endure your testing and transformation.

Thank you Father for loving me as you do;  You are awesome and mighty! Please go before me this day and this week and guide my heart and thoughts. 

I pray in Jesus’ name – Amen.
