“He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.”‭‭(Psalms‬ ‭103:12‬ ‭NLT‬‬) 

Father God, you are a wonderful, merciful, faithful God and I am so thankful for that!

I am thankful that you have removed my sins and freed me from the guilt and shame that at one time, use to haunt me and hold me captive – thank you for setting me free. 

I am far from perfect, in fact I was born a sinner – but this you know and love me still. Forgive me when I fall into sin; forgive me when I go astray; forgive me when I feed into the lies of the enemy and give into fear, selfishness, and the desires of my flesh. 

I am weak but through You, I am strong. 

Help me to be more than a conquerer Father; give me the wisdom to see my sins for what they are, especially the hidden ones that camouflage themselves as ‘good things’; and please give me the knowledge to know how to rid my life of them. 

What a precious gift of forgiveness and mercy and salvation that you’ve given us through your son Jesus Christ. I could never pay the price for my sins but because of your LOVE, I don’t have to. 

Help me to continue to grow in my walk with you, help me to be strengthened through you each and every day. 

I pray in Jesus’ name – Amen.
