Sisters, today don’t take one minute for granted. With to-do lists piling up and calendars being filled; in a world where everyone is ‘busy’ and every nose is buried in a phone, computer or tablet – don’t let that take the place of what matters most.

Never did I think I’d be celebrating my little girl’s birthday at a cemetery – today she’d be 14 – what I wouldn’t give for just another moment. 

So ladies, unplug from those things that are draining precious time and plug into  the only things that can refresh you.

I pray you take this long weekend to catch up on laughter and not emails, to give hugs instead of likes and to cherish these moments in real time instead through a news feed because that is the freedom that Jesus came to give you.
