Father God, thank you for calling me as your child. Thank you for your favor and provision. Thank you for taking me from the darkness into the light and saving my soul. 

Thank you for the gift of your Son, Jesus Christ, who you sent to die on my behalf and who ultimately conquered death for all who believe, when He rose on the third day. This is a debt I could never repay — all I can do is surrender my life to you. 

Help me Father, to live a life that glorifies you. Help me to praise you on the mountain high and in the valley low. Fill me with your Spirit and give me wisdom and knowledge to make the most of every opportunity. Use me to bring glory to your Kingdom; to shine your light on those who are wandering in darkness, those who are lonely and those who are lost. 

Please keep me from stumbling Lord, and use my life as you desire. 

I pray in Jesus’ name, amen.
