“I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭15:13‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Heavenly Father, today I come before you asking for a fresh filling of your Holy Spirit. Pour into all the deep crevasses of my soul. 

Help me to fully trust and fully surrender to you. Where I am weak, make me strong. Where I have doubt, give me hope. Help me to experience a deeper understanding of your goodness, faithfulness and love for me. 

I pray for those who have never been filled with your Holy Spirit or have never experienced your pure joy, I pray that you would call out to them, soften their hearts and begin to seep your goodness into their souls. I pray for those who have gone astray and run dry, would you overflow them with your Spirit and quench their thirsty souls.
