Heavenly Father, thank you the wonderful gift of prayer. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to come directly to you and lay our troubles, our sorrows, our hopes and our dreams at your feet. 

I pray for all believers everywhere, especially those reading this right now. May you meet them right where they are — in this season; in their sorrow; in their pain; in their uncertainty; in their joy; in their blessings — you know their needs, their desires, and their heartaches. May they feel your presence and be filled with your spirit. Give them courage and strength to continue the race and may they keep their eyes and their heart focused on you. 

Help me to be steadfast and alert in my prayer life and continue to remind me of the amazing power of prayer.
