“The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD holds them by the hand.” Psalms 37:23-24

Heavenly Father, thank you for your guidance and favor. Thank you for being my compass and my light in this dark and uncertain world. Thank you for walking along side me and keeping me protected. How amazing to know that You delight in the details of my life! No person is too small for you, yet no problem is too big.

Please continue to guide my steps Lord. Help me to trust in you and to live a life of obedient faith. I pray that the details of my life would be pleasing to you. In those moments when I stumble, allow me to feel your presence and your tender touch as you lift me up. Forgive me when I forget how mighty you are; forgive me when I allow my fear to become bigger than my faith. In these moments, please keep me from losing heart.

I pray for those who are wandering and lost. I pray for those who have stumbled and can’t find the strength to get up. Please show them your might and strength and faithful love.

Please go before me this week Lord, direct my steps down the path you would have for me and equip for whatever is to come. May I delight in you like you delight in me. I give all the glory and praise to you always! In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
