“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”‭‭ Romans‬ ‭8:28‬ ‭NASB‬‬

Heavenly Father, thank you for this promise. I can rest confidently and securely in this one verse. I know that no matter what trials may come, it’s all according to your plan. 

I can look back in the rear view mirror of my life and see how you worked together all things for your good and your glory. I pray, when the storms of life roll in, that you would help me to cling to this promise. When I can’t see past the thick of the fog, let me know that you are near. Give me the heart to endure and the faith to remain steadfast. 

I pray for those who are in the thick of life’s storms right now. Remind them of this beautiful promise and help them to look to you. Help them to hold tight to your anchor as the waves roll in and may they experience the rainbow that is yet to come. 

Thank you Father, for bringing me to a season of overwhelming joy and gratitude for all that you worked together for good in my life. I praise your glory and your goodness and I’m in awe of your greatness. Help me to encourage others through these testimonies and trials, so others can see your pure heart. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
