“My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭73:26‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Heavenly Father, though my health and spirit may fail, You never will. Thank you for being my strength when I am weak; thank you for loving me when I feel unloved and thank you for forgiving me when I am undeserving. 

I know, when my frail heart has been battered and bruised, you will give it healing. I know, when my spirit has grown weary and the light within my soul grows dim, you will renew me. 

Forgive me when I make you my last resort instead of my first priority. Help me to draw from your strength daily. Pour your Holy Spirit into me and renew my soul. How amazing that no matter how far we stray or how stubborn we become, your love never fails and you will never leave us; You are our God forever! In Jesus’ name, amen.
