Heavenly Father, I pray for all the mothers who were celebrated this Mother’s Day. I pray for the mother(s) you’ve blessed me with and the godly women you’ve brought into my life. I pray you would continue to give them wisdom and guidance in all seasons of their life. Pour into them so they can continue to pour into others. 

I pray you would continue to bring godly women into my life, and may you help me grow into a virtuous woman whose words are wise and kind. Guide me in my marriage and motherhood; give me patience when needed and strength when I am weary.  

I pray for those moms who are trying to do it all on their own. I pray they would throw their hands up in surrender and turn it over to you. Renew their souls and give them rest. 

Please go before me this day and this week and fill me with your Holy Spirit. Help me to speak with wisdom and to give instruction with kindness in all that I do. I pray in Jesus’ name, amen.
