Heavenly Father, thank you for the new song you’ve put in my soul. The one whose melody is in tune with Yours. Because of You, I once again have a reason to sing. You are the composer of my life; I pray my life would be a beautiful song of Your unfailing love for all to hear.

Forgive me Lord, when I fall out of tune with you. Forgive me when the harmony of my soul is not in sync with Yours. Forgive me when my song is just loud noise instead of a sweet sounding melody. I surrender my life to You, to be a beautiful instrument in the hands of the Lord. Orchestrate my life and write Your song on my heart.

I pray for those who are out of tune and for those who have no song to sing. I pray for those whose life is just loud noise. Take a hold of their hearts Lord and harmonize it to You. Give them a new song to sing, one filled with praises to You.

Please go before me this week, Lord. Please be the conductor of my heart; if there is any area of my life out of sync with Your melody, please fine-tune it. May all my days be filled with songs of praise to You. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
