Heavenly Father, thank you for saving me through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank you also for continuing to save me in times of trouble and fear. You are my strength when I am weak. You are my song when I have no words to speak. You continually give me victory over my life. I think back at all the times You rescued me; all the times you picked me up out of the pit and placed me on solid ground. Thank You Lord, for not leaving me there.

I pray for those who are seeking a Savior. I pray for those who are stuck in a bottomless pit and can’t seem to find a way out. Help them to see Your hand reaching out to them. If only they will to grab ahold of You, You will rescue them.

Lord, please go before me this week. Help me to trust in You, no matter what the day or week may bring. Help me to seek you in all I do and remember all that You have done for me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
